Marketplace advertisers and service providers are independent third parties, not employees, agents, partners, affiliates or representatives of Home Solar Simplified merely because they appear here. Home Solar Simplified does not perform their advertised work, endorse their offers or guarantee their licensing, insurance, qualifications, pricing, safety, workmanship or results. Listings and profiles may contain advertiser-supplied claims; moderation or payment for placement is not verification or endorsement.

Before hiring, independently check credentials, licenses, insurance, references and written terms. Agreements, payments, warranties and service disputes are between you and the third-party provider unless Home Solar Simplified expressly agrees otherwise in a separate written agreement. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect.
